These days the havoc of dengue is troubling people. A large number of dengue patients are coming to light every day from different areas in several states in the country.

For this reason, hospitals are filled with dengue patients. Meanwhile, to protect against dengue, people are buying papaya juice (papaya leaf juice), coconut water and goat milk more than medicines.

At the same time, they are using them indiscriminately, due to which they are not getting any benefit from it, rather they are falling sick further. Due to increasing demand of people, the prices of papaya and coconut have increased in the past few days.

But what is the right way to take goat milk, coconut water and papaya leaf juice in dengue?

The doctors say that these things are beneficial in treating dengue but they should be taken in consultation with the experts.

'People think that papaya juice, coconut water and goat's milk are all natural. Drink them as much as you want, it won't do any harm. But everything has a fixed quantity. Only its proper use benefits you,' said one of the experts.

He also said that if someone takes 5 ml of papaya leaf juice in the morning and 5 ml in the evening, then he will definitely get relief from dengue. Platelets will not decrease, but if someone is taking papaya juice repeatedly or throughout the day, it will cause vomiting. You will start having diarrhoea and it will also have a bad effect on the liver.

The experts also said that if someone wants to take goat milk for dengue, then the patient should take only 15 ml goat milk in the morning and 15 ml in the evening. There is no need to drink throughout the day. Doing this can completely damage the liver and lead to many other stomach related diseases.
