Winter roars in Lucknow: Mercury dips at 4 degrees, 38 deaths

Lucknow: The city of nawabs is fighting the merciless attack of winter as the temperature goes as low as 4 degrees.

The weather has caused 38 deaths till now in the entire state.

The unfavourable weather conditions and fog has created adverse impact on transportation and railways. At least 20 trains have been rescheduled and many have also been cancelled.

Flight operations have also been affected due to fog.
