XXX star Deepika Padukone to do item song in Raabta!

Bollywood star Deepika Padukone has accepted Producer Dinesh Vijan’s request of doing an item song in his upcoming film Raabta featuring the newbies, Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon.

Dinesh, who finds Deepika as his lucky mascot, went to the actress with the idea of an item song in Raabta. A source close to the producer said, “Deepika was never in doubt to say ‘yes’ to the producer as both did wonderful films together in the past.”

The Bajirao Mastani actress has worked with Dinesh in films like Love Aaj Kal, Cocktail and Finding Fanny.

Meanwhile, the item song will be composed by Pritam and it would be a peppy number. The song will be shot on June 1 in Budapest.

Raabta will hit screens in February 2017.
