'Veera' director Waseem Sabir passes away
Mumbai: Famous director Waseem Sabir passed away on Monday succumbing to brain injuries.
According to the reports, Waseem fell down at his house injuring his head after which he was immediately rushed to the hospital. After being treated for a day he took his last breathe on January 2.
It seems that New Year 2017 has been started on a bad note for the entertainment industry. It may be recalled that Abis Rizvi, a film producer and a business tycoon, also lost his life in terror attack at a nightclub in Istanbul.
Waseem had directed popular TV shows like Gangaa, Tamanna, Ek Veer ki Ardaas....Veera and Iss Pyaar Ko Kyaa Naam doon?
