SRK’s stardom helps ‘Dear Zindagi’ collect Rs 32.50 crore

Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has yet again proved his stardom. Despite demonetisation effect, ‘Dear Zindagi’ has performed brilliantly well at the Bollywood Box Office. The Alia Bhatt co-starrer flick enjoyed weekend collection of Rs 32.50 crore.

The film had earned Rs. 8.75 crore on Friday followed by Rs. 11.25 crore and Rs, 12.50 crore on second and third day respectively. Globally, ‘Dear Zindagi’ has collected Rs. 59.95 crore.

• ‘Dear Zindagi’ has also given a tough competition to John Abraham and Sonakshi Sinha starrer ‘Force 2’ which has got critical acclaim.
• It could be mentioned here that the film was released across 1200 screens in India. Globally, the film has got 1800 screens.
• Directed by Gauri Shinde, the film traces the journey of Alia Bhatt and guidance of SRK to her.
