Shah Rukh Khan's Efforts to Comfort Kajol During 'Jaati Hoon Main' Song Shoot; Actress REVEALS

Mumbai, June 27, 2023 - The timeless duo of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol has captivated Bollywood fans with their remarkable chemistry on the silver screen. From iconic films like Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge and Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham to their recent collaboration in Dilwale, their on-screen magic continues to enthrall audiences. However, it was their 1995 hit film Karan Arjun, directed by Rakesh Roshan, that brought forth their popular song 'Jaati Hoon Main.' Recently, Kajol unveiled the behind-the-scenes details of the song, confessing that she had little understanding of its concept. Fortunately, it was Shah Rukh Khan's thoughtful gestures that helped her feel at ease during the shoot.
During an exclusive interview with The Hindu, Kajol reminisced about her experience filming 'Jaati Hoon Main' alongside SRK. Shedding light on the production of Karan Arjun, the talented actress admitted her cluelessness regarding the song and simply followed the instructions given to her. Grateful for her co-star's considerate nature, she praised Shah Rukh Khan as the "most understanding" actor she has worked with.
Kajol shared, "I had no clue what was being done. I was told before the shot, 'do this, do that,' and I just followed suit. It was quite challenging, but I managed to do it. I must say one thing about Shah Rukh: he is still one of the most understanding co-stars. He recognizes what can make a woman uncomfortable and goes above and beyond to ensure her comfort."
She continued, "Among all the actors I have worked with in my entire career, I would say he is the most empathetic. He truly understands when something doesn't sit well with a woman and he finds a way to make it as comfortable as possible."
While fans eagerly anticipate their on-screen reunion, Kajol's latest project, Lust Stories 2, is also generating buzz. The anthology film, featuring a talented ensemble cast including Vijay Varma, Tamannaah Bhatia, Neena Gupta, Kumud Mishra, Tillotama Shome, Amruta Subhash, Angad Bedi, and Mrunal Thakur, is set to hit the screens on June 29, promising an enthralling cinematic experience.
