Rhea Drug Case: Bollywood actor Rakul Preet approaches High Court

Mumbai: Rhea Chakraborty, who was arrested in the case of drug angle revealed in Sushant case, has named Sara Ali Khan, Rakul Preet Singh and Simone Khambata during NCB investigation. Now Bollywood actress Rakul Preet has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court after her name surfaced in Rhea Drug Case.

In the petition, the actress has sought to stop the media coverage against her. It explains why efforts are being made to tarnish his image. The hearing in this case is going on.

Rakul Preet reaches High Court:

Actress Rakul Preet Singh has said in the petition filed in the High Court that the media trial has started after her name surfaced in Riya Chakravarti case. In such a situation, the actress has approached the High Court to direct the Information and Broadcasting Ministry to stop the media coverage against her.

Rakul has said in her petition that he came to know during the shoot that Rhea had named him and Sara Ali Khan and after that the media started running the news.

Media is harasing Rakul : Lawyer

Rakul Preet's lawyer told the High Court that the media is harassing the actress. At the same time, the court questioned the actress, why did she not make an official complaint to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting? At the same time, the court has asked all media channels to work with the society. The court has asked the Central Government, Shanal Broadcaster Association, Prasar Bharati, Press Council to give interim direction to media channels.

Rhea Chakraborty revealed the names of several Bollywood celebs during the NCB interrogation in the drug case. According to media reports, Rhea had also taken the names of Sara Ali Khan, Rakul Preet Singh and designer Simon Khambata before the NCB.
