Chennai: The teaser and trailer of Rajinikanth's upcoming movie 2.0 have rocked the digital space in all languages and has got 140 million views for its teaser and trailer.

The teaser of the film was released on September 13 followed by a trailer which released on November 3.

To keep the fans hope high it is to be mentioned that big studios like The Third Floor, Double Negative and Legacy Effects have worked on this mega project, worth 543 crore budget.

Following the footprints of many blockbuster hit Sci-Fi movies like Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Gravity, Avatar, 2.0 is also entirely shot in 3D.

The movie is written and directed by S. Shankar, co-written by B. Jeyamohan, and produced by A. Subaskaran.

We can see Rajinikanth reprising the roles of Dr. Vaseegaran and Chitti, alongside Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson.

The film serves as a spiritual sequel to the 2010 Tamil film 'Enthiran' and is the most expensive Indian film made to date.

The film is shot in Tamil language and will be released in 14 other languages with dubbed versions.

The film is set for a worldwide theatrical release on 29 November 2018.
