Another twist in Pratyusha Banerjee's case
Mumbai: The curious case of Pratyusha Banerjee suicide has taken another twist after Rahul raj's lawyer backed off. According to sources, lawyer Neeraj Gupta quits the case. Neeraj claims that Rahul was hiding many crucial facts from him related to the case.
- Rahul was booked for abetment of suicide under the IPC section 306,504,506,303.
- FIR was filed by Pratyusha's mother(Soma) who claimed that rahul use to torture and beat her daughter.
- The lawyer earlier said that Rahul is not in the condition to answer anyone.
