Jamshedpur to Quantico: 'Desi Girl' rocks the world
Mumbai: Priyanka Chopra, a girl who followed Lucknavi Tehzeeb is shining with success and popular all over the world. Mimi, was born on July 18, 1982 in Jamshedpur, India to the family of Capt. Dr. Ashok Chopra and Dr. Madhu Chopra.

In September 2006, she bagged the first spot of 'Asia's sexiest Women' by UK magazine Eastern Eye. She also appeared on the cover of the premiere issue of Maxim Magazine, Indian version.
The first movie which was signed by Priyanka Chopra was 'Good Night princess' based on the life of Priyanka Gandhi. Her co-stars were Pooja Batra and Rahul Dev.
