Manoj Kumar heaps praise on Akshay Kumar, calls him ‘revolutionary actor’

Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has finally got attention of legendary actor Manoj Kumar, from whom he has been compared most often. Dubbing Khiladi Kumar as a ‘revolutionary actor’, veteran actor Manoj Kumar said that former’s movie selection has remained extraordinary.

Several, in the recent times, have compared Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar with the legendary actor Manoj Kumar and that owing to the kind of cinema he is doing.

Akshay got special praises for his national award winning flick, ‘Rustom’, which made Manoj Kumar doing round of applause.

“I've watched your flick, 'Rustom' which revolves around Nanavati case. Few scenes in it made me clap during the film,” said Manoj Kumar in a video message to Akshay Kumar.

Inviting the self-made superstar for tea, 'Purab Aur Paschim' actor said, “Your movie selection has remained phenomenal. I am cherished and inviting you for the tea. I and my family want to meet you.”

Manoj said that until there is no flame inside, one cannot do justice with his work.

“Keep your inner flame burning brightly to accomplish high landmarks,” advices Manoj Kumar to Akki.

He also congratulated Akshay for his recently released flick, ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ which has got critical acclaim and is scoring some big numbers at the Bollywood Box Office.
