Kriti Sanon completes 7 Years in Industry, says 'It took time to find my Place'

New Delhi: Actress Kriti Sanon has completed 7 years in the film industry. Kriti Sanon, who came out of Delhi's overprotective family, has become a known face of Bollywood today. Kriti, who made her Bollywood debut with the film Heropanti, has carved a special place in the heart of the audience. At the moment, the actress is working on several back to back projects.

During a conversation with ET, Kriti Sanon said while talking about this year's journey, 'The beginning of this year was good. I am back on the sets of the film, my work makes me really excited.

I shot for Bhediya, Bachchan Pandey and now I have started working on Adipurush as well. The second wave of corona virus hit us all like a tsunami. I think at the moment there is nothing more important than controlling the status of COVID. '

Kriti Shared her Journey:

Remembering her journey of seven years, the actress said, 'This journey has been very special for me, something that I had never thought about even in my dreams. I come from a middle class family.

My mother is a professor and Papa is a chartered accountant. I am an engineer and I never thought that acting would be my profession. And today I am here, realizing that acting is something that makes me excited. It gives me satisfaction, peace and is something that drives me forward. I consider myself lucky that I got an opportunity to come here and live my dream.

Talking about the cinema world, the Heropanti actress said that I had never worked towards getting fit in Bollywood. I wanted to get an opportunity to do films with the directors of my choice. Yes, you need people who believe in you, and I am lucky that people like Sajid Nadiadwala, Dinesh Vijan, Ashwini Iyer Tiwari, Nitesh Tiwari and Ashutosh Gowariker have shown confidence in me and it has made me better. It took me a while to make my place in the industry.
