Kapil Sharma-Ginni Chatrath to tie knot today | Check details

Mumbai: Comedy king, Kapil Sharma will tie the sacred knot today, with Ginni Chatrath today at 'The Grand Cabbana' resort in Jalandhar, Punjab.

Kapil Sharma will marry his long-time girlfriend Ginni Chatrath on the same day when Mukesh Ambani's daughter, Isha Ambani is tying the knot with businessman, Anand Piramal at Ambani's residence 'Antilla'.

If the rumours are to be believed, the whole wedding ceremony of Kapil-Ginni wedding will be telecast live on his YouTube channel.

The pre-wedding celebrations started 10 days back, where the first functions 'Akhandpath' held at Ginni’s place on December 3, following by a mehendi ceremony on Monday.

On Tuesday, Kapil’s family held a jagran in Amritsar, where Kapil’s friends and colleagues from the industry including Bharti Singh, Krushna Abhishek, singer Richa Sharma and his 'The Kapil Sharma Show' colleagues Sumona Chakravarti and Chandan Prabhakar were all present.

Pictures and videos from all the functions are available online. Many photos and video were shared online by Bharti, Sumona and Krushna. In a video, Kapil's mother Janak could be seen dancing to Richa's signings while Kapil and Ginni are clapping enthusiastically.

Kapil and Ginni's love story is very much filmy. The two have been friends since their college days but it is recently when Kapil publicly expressed his love for Ginni on social media.

The two will host a reception party on December 14, in Jalandhar and another on December 24, in Mumbai.
