Half Girlfriend trailer shows uncommon love story

Mumbai: The trailer of Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer 'Half Girlfriend' is dropped in showing the unusual love story.

Arjun is portraying the role of a Bihari boy, Madhav Jha while Shraddha Kapoor will be seen sporting the role of Ria Somani, an open minded Delhi girl.

The trailer shows Madhav Jha falling in love with Ria Somani. Arjun and Shraddha will be seen romancing on the big screen for the first time.

Arijit Singh's vocals in the trailer are acting as icing on the cake.

This is for the second time when Arjun is featuring in any big screen adaptation of Chetan Bhagat's best seller. Before 'Half Girlfriend', Arjun played a lead in Chetan Bhagat written '2 States'.

Helmed by Mohit Suri, ‘Half Girlfriend’ is set to hit the theatres on May 19.

It may be mentioned here that director Mohit Suri has delivered blockbusters like 'Ek Villian' and 'Aashiqui 2' with Shraddha Kapoor.
