Women constable vacancies in Uttar Pradesh Police

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB), who had released a vacancy of 5800 posts of women Police Constables, on Sunday announced that aspirants successful in Physical Efficiency Test are being called for Document Verification and Physical Standard Test. The basis of selection will be the marks obtained in Board Examination of 10^th and 12^th level and marks obtained in the Physical Efficiency Test.

Here is the list of cut-off marks-

1. Unreserved: 418.33
2. Other Backward Classes: 411.17
3. Scheduled Caste: 395.60
4. Scheduled Tribe: 378.83

Horizontal categories-

1. Dependent of Freedom Fighters: 332.33
2. Ex Serviceman: 362.33
3. Homeguard: 336.73

As per the information given in the previous notification, Document Verification and Physical Standard Test will be conducted in 11 centres in Uttar Pradesh i.e. Agra, Allahabad, Bareilly, Meerut, Gorakhpur, Kanpur, Sultanpur, Lucknow, Azamgarh, Varanasi and Mau from July 18.

Candidates, who will clear Document Verification, will only be eligible for Physical Standard Test.
