Last date for submitting UPSC CS (pre) application today

Lucknow: Last date for submitting the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) CS (preliminary) 2016 application is May 27. Thousands of Civil Services aspirants faced problems as the online application site went down for few hours. The site though recovered later in the day.

There was a rush for the application but there was no notice on the official site www.upsc.gov.in about this. All the phone numbers given as facilitation queries are not responding and none of the official is willing to speak on this.

This correspondent tried several numbers of UPSC but none of the official was forthcoming on the issue.

There is no official word about the extension of the last date for submission of Civil Services 2016 application. The online page is showing the server is under maintenance.
