UGC recruits for Joint Secretary posts

There is to be direct recruitment for four posts of Joint Secretary in the University Grants Commission (UGC). UGC has released the notification for this. For this, candidates can apply by visiting the official website of UGC ugc.gov.in till December 3. Recruitment to these posts will be on one year deputation (contract) basis. This contract can be extended for 5 years.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates who have worked for at least five years in Central or State Universities and Autonomous Bodies can apply for these posts. It is necessary to have at least 5 years of work experience in educational administration.

Age:

The age of candidates should be up to 18 years and below 56 years are eligible for this post.

Selection Process:

After application process, the selection committee will shortlist the candidates for test or interview.

Salary:

Selected candidates will get a salary of Rs 37,400 to Rs 2,15,900 every month.
