After this, in the global ranking of universities from 501 to 600 rank band, Indian institutes like Anna University, Jamia Millia Islamia, Mahatma Gandhi University, Shoolini University of Biotechnology and Management Sciences have been placed.
TIMES Higher Education World University Rankings (THE Ranking) 2023 has been released. A total of 1904 institutes and universities from 108 countries have been included in the ranking. Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bengaluru has stable itself among the top 250 universities at the global level.
After this, in the global ranking of universities from 501 to 600 rank band, Indian institutes like Anna University, Jamia Millia Islamia, Mahatma Gandhi University, Shoolini University of Biotechnology and Management Sciences have been placed. In this list, Oxford University has the first position at the global level among 1799 universities of 104 countries.

TIMES Higher Education World University Rankings have been released on the basis of 13 parameters. Separate parameters have also been fixed for all these parameters in the ranking. These parameters include -Teaching (30%), Research (30%), International Outlook (7.5%), Citation (30%) and Knowledge Transfer. Apart from this, 3.5% weightage has been given on the basis of survey.
