MP launches Youth Policy, Youths to get Rs8000 stipend during training

MP CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced this policy at a youth mahapanchayat recently. In this event CM Chouhan also announced some other welfare schemes for the state’s youth.

Madhya Pradesh government has launched a new Youth Policy which provides for a stipend of Rs eight thousand per month for one year for the unemployed youths during their training in any public and big company.

MP CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced this policy at a youth mahapanchayat recently. In this event CM Chouhan also announced some other welfare schemes for the state’s youth. A big step has been taken by the state government to get rid of the unemployment. That is why this scheme launched in state.

In this scheme khelo India Youth will be organized every year so students will aware with games. Recently, CM organized a Ghar Yuva Mahapanchayat. In this he asked from the people about their suggestions on unemployment. More than 10 thousand suggestions came to him. In which Youth policy was highly voted and came into existence.

Important points:

  • CM has increased the annual income limit of the families coming under the Medhavi scheme. Now the limit will be up to Rs800000.
  • 5% reservation had been provided to the students of medical colleges and government schools of the state. Now every year two merit lists will be released in which second merit list will be only for government school’s students.
  • 1019 tribal youth artist will be given Rs10000 for three months by the government in this policy.
  • An innovation fund will be set up with Rs100 crore for the students.
  • CM had started the Youth Skill Earning Scheme. In this training will be provided to the youth related with their field and Rs8000 will be given every month during the training.
