MAT May exam 2016: Apply online before April 19

New Delhi: The All India Management Association (AIMA) has released the Management Aptitude Exam (MAT) 2016 exam date. The Paper based Mat Exam will be conducted on May 1 and the online exam will be conducted on May 7.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the exam must hold a bachelors degree in any discipline from any recognised board or institute. Final year students may also apply for the exam.

How to apply

Interested candidates can apply online, visiting the official website of AIMA at www.aima.in. The candidates are required to submit a demand draft of Rs 1200, drawn in favour of All India Management Association payable at New Delhi.

About the exam

MAT is a national level test which is conducted to screen students for admission to MBA and other equivalent programmes in any B-School- national or international. The exam is conducted four times in a year, in both paper mode as well as computer mode, in the months of February, May, September and December.

The exam is based on following five sections

• Language Comprehension
• Mathematical Skills
• Data Analysis and Sufficiency
• Intelligence and Critical Reasoning
• Indian and Global Environment

The paper will consist of 200 multiple choice questions, with negative marking for each wrong attempt. The exam will be of 150 minutes.

• Last date to submit the online form: April 19
