IIT BHU to recruit non-teaching staff

IIT BHU has invited applications for the posts of non-teaching staff. Candidates can apply for these posts by visiting the official website iitbhu.ac.in.

Fees for this recruitment will have to be paid through the SB-Collect link available on the portal. After filling the form, keep a copy of it. This copy will be required during certificate verification/interview.

Vacancy details:

• Superintending Engineer: 01 Post
• Technical Officer: 13 posts
• Junior Technician: 47 posts
• Library Superintendent: 1 Post
• Junior Library Superintendent: 01 Post

Educational Qualification:

Different qualification categories are to be set for the different posts like

For Superintending Engineer:

B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering (First Class) and 18 years of work experience.

For Technical Officer:

M.Tech in relevant engineering with 55% marks or knowledge of computer applications (MS Office) with 02 years experience.

For Junior Technician:

Graduation Degree in Related Engineering with 55% Marks and Knowledge of MS Office.

For Library Superintendent:

Bachelor of Library Science or equivalent degree with 55% marks.

For Junior Library Superintendent:

Bachelor of Library Science or equivalent degree with 55% marks.

Age Range:

• Library Superintendent: 38 years
• Junior Library Superintendent: 35 years
• Superintending Engineer: 50 years
• Technical Officer: 45 years
• Junior Technical Office: 27 years

In each category, SC, and ST have been given relaxation of 5 years, OBC have been given 3 years and PH candidates have been given up to 10 years.

Selection Process:

A written test, group discussion, Interview, skill test, Document Verification and medical exam will be organised for the selection process.

Candidates should have these documents with them including valid and active email ID, mobile number, Educational Qualification with Marksheet, age proof, photograph, signature, ID and address proof
