Education Ministry launches free online coaching portal SATHEE for JEE and NEET students

SATHEE i.e. Self Assessment Test and Help for Entrance Exams portal has been jointly prepared by the Ministry of Education and IIT Kanpur. During the launch of this portal, IIT Kanpur Director Professor S Ganesh said that SATHEE is a free-of-cost open learning platform. This will help those students who cannot pay expensive fees to prepare for the exam.

Now only about 45 days are left for JEE Mains, the entrance exam for admission to IITs and premier engineering colleges in the country. To help out the students, the Ministry of Education has launched a free online coaching portal SATHEE JEE and SATHEE NEET for the preparation of JEE Mains and Medical Entrance Exam.

SATHEE i.e. Self Assessment Test and Help for Entrance Exams portal has been jointly prepared by the Ministry of Education and IIT Kanpur. During the launch of this portal, IIT Kanpur Director Professor S Ganesh said that SATHEE is a free-of-cost open learning platform. This will help those students who cannot pay expensive fees to prepare for the exam.

You can do 45 days JEE/NEET crash course from the portal. A

45 days crash course is available for JEE and NEET preparation on SATHEE platform. Teachers of IIT Kanpur Air AIIMS will provide preparation for NEET and JEE on the portal.

This portal interacts with students with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and can regulate the course according to the learning speed of each student.

Students can access features like Subject wise live and recorded classes, Doubt clearing session, NCERT exercise video solution, Mock test and practice question, NCERT books and exemplar, Webinar of NEET, Solve with me webinar Discussion forum and problem solution.

Students can also ask doubts after classes. Talking about the portal, IIT Kanpur Director S Ganesh said that students can check the schedule of subject and topic wise live classes on this portal and can attend the classes. You can also ask doubts in live chat or Q&A session during the class. Recorded lectures will also be uploaded on the portal itself so that students can watch the lectures again as per their need.

Currently, study material is available on this portal in four languages ​​– English, Hindi, Odia and Telugu.

From next year, foundational topics of class 9, 10 will also be

taught on the portal. Foundational topics of class 11, 12 and then class 9, 10 will also be taught on this portal between January-February next year. At the same time, the Education Ministry, along with NTA, is also analyzing which states are registering less students for the entrance exam.

After this, SATHEE will help students from rural and backward areas to register for the entrance test through friends.

Till now, around 5000 students from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Navodaya Vidyalaya and CBSE schools have registered on this portal. According to Education Ministry officials, their target is to connect at least 1,00,000 students with this platform.
