Bihar Board 12th board exam results have been released. Education Minister Sunil Kumar and Board Chairman Anand Kishore announced the Inter i.e. 12th results and names of toppers in the press conference. In the Science stream, Mrityunjay Kumar topped with 96.2% while in the Commerce stream, Priya Kumari topped with 95.56% and in Arts, Tushar Kumar topped with 96.4% marks.

This year also the results of girls in all three streams were better than boys. This time overall 87.21% of students have passed the Inter examination whereas last year 83.7% of students had passed. Tushar Kumar became the overall state topper in the Inter examination with 96.4% marks.

How to check Bihar Board Exam result:

Students can check the official website of the Bihar Board by visiting biharboardonline.com or biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in. This year, Class 12 board exams were held in Bihar between 1st and 12th February.

Process for checking the result

  • First, visit the official website of BSEB is biharboardonline.com or biharboardonline. Go to bihar.gov.in.
  • Now click on Examination Result on the homepage of BSEB website.
  • Go to Senior Secondary Annual Examination 2024.
  • Log in with the help of roll number and roll code.
  • Click on submit option.
  • The result will appear on the screen. Download the marksheet and keep it with you.

You can also check results through SMS:

Bihar Board 12th exam result can also be checked through SMS from mobile. To check the result through SMS, students have to type 'BIHAR12' and send it to 56263 along with their roll number or registration number.

You will be able to apply for rechecking and reexam from March 28

In the marksheet, you will be able to see the marks obtained in each subject, total marks, division, pass or fail status. After the result is declared, the hard copy of the mark sheet and certificate will be sent to the schools. During the press conference, Board Chairman Anand Kishore said that the students who have failed will not have compartmental written on their mark sheets this year.

At the same time, students who have objections to their results can apply for scrutiny i.e. rechecking from March 28. Apart from this, applications for compartmental exam i.e. rechecking will also start from March 28.
