These days, passengers of Tata Group's Vistara Airlines and Singapore Airlines have been complaining about flight delays and flight cancellations. In such a situation, Vistara has decided to reduce the number of flights. The airline company said that until the shortage of pilots is addressed, only limited flights will be operated. The airline will also refund the passengers of canceled flights.

Vistara Airlines spokesperson said that in the last few days, due to various operational reasons, Vistara Airlines has seen cancellations and delays in flights. He said that the airlines are making continuous efforts to normalize the situation.

Due to delay and cancellation of flights, passengers are expressing their anger through posts on social media. Many users have complained about flight delays of 5-5 hours in the past few days. Many passengers are also complaining about not being given full refund despite the flight being cancelled.

In a statement, a Vistara spokesperson said, "In the last few days, a large number of flights have been canceled and delayed due to crew unavailability. We accept this and apologize for the inconvenience caused to customers." "Our team is working to minimize the inconvenience to customers. For this, we have decided to reduce the number of flights so that we can ensure adequate connectivity in our network."

Vistara said that big flights like B787-9 Dreamliner and A321neo have also been deployed in domestic routes, so that more number of passengers can fly. Airlines said that customers are being offered refunds as per the rules along with alternative flight options.

Vistara spokesperson said that every effort is being made to normalize the situation. Regular flights will soon operate under regular capacity.
