The police have registered a case against the accused for molesting her and throwing her into the hot cauldron of a crusher for protesting.

Three people including the crusher owner molested a Scheduled Caste girl and when she protested, she was thrown into the hot cauldron of the crusher in Uttar Pradesh’s Baghpat district.

All the accused are absconding since the incident. The police have registered a case in this matter and have started searching for the accused. According to the information, the police have registered a case against the accused on the complaint of the victim's brother. The condition of the victim is said to be critical and she is undergoing treatment at GTB Hospital in Delhi.

The victim along with her family works as laborer at Pramod's crusher located in Dhanaura Silver village. The victim's brother, while giving a complaint at Binauli police station, said that his 18 year old sister was working on a crusher. Crusher owner Pramod, Raju and Sandeep molested and misbehaved with his sister. When the sister protested against the teasing, the accused used caste-related words and threw her into the hot cauldron of the crusher with the intention of killing her, due to which she got badly burnt. After this the three accused absconded.

The family admitted the girl to GTB Hospital in Delhi in critical condition. The police have registered a case against the accused for molesting her and throwing her into the hot cauldron of a crusher for protesting. Police have registered a case against the accused under sections 354, 504, 307, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe.
