Major accident in Rajasthan on Diwali, four members of family die

A tragic accident took place in Bundi district of Rajasthan on the day of Diwali on Sunday

Four members of a family were killed in a major accident while three others were seriously injured. The deceased were residents of Madhya Pradesh. This accident happened when the car in which they were travelling rammed into a parked truck.

The police have admitted the injured to the hospital and kept the bodies in the mortuary. As soon as the relatives of the deceased received information about the accident, instead of Diwali happiness, mourning spread in the house.

According to the information, four people traveling in a jeep died when it rammed into a truck on NH 52 bypass of Hindoli in the district late on Saturday night. Three people were seriously injured who were admitted to Bundi hospital for treatment.

Police said that people of Gurjar community, residents of Agar district of Madhya Pradesh, were going to Pushkar to celebrate Diwali.

Members of the same family were present in the jeep. During that time, the car rammed into the back of a truck on the bypass of the town, in which four people were killed and three were injured.

All three injured have been taken to Bundi hospital for treatment. Police said that the people trapped in the jeep were pulled out with great difficulty. There were two women, a child and four men in the jeep.
