A case of misbehavior with a Korean blogger has come to light in Pune in Maharashtra.
A person who harassed the South Korean blogger in Pune has been arrested, police said. This incident happened during Diwali in November when a South Korean blogger named Kelly was misbehaved with while she was recording a video in Ravet area of Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune.
The actions of the accused were captured on camera and later went viral on social media, causing outrage among the people.

According to the police, "Taking cognizance of the viral video, the Crime Branch of Pimpri Chinchwad Police traced the person from Ravet area of Pimpri Chinchwad and arrested him.
The police have taken action against him by registering an FIR under sections 354 and 294 of the IPC. According to primary information, the incident took place in the month of November during the Diwali festival in Ravet area of Pimpri Chinchwad.
In the video, Kelly can be seen chatting with shopkeepers and customers at a local shop while drinking coconut water. Suddenly, a man comes and holds her by putting his hand around her neck. In the video, Kelly can be seen trying to distance herself from them.
Barely a few days back a video showing a petrol pump worker misbehaving with a Russian blogger in Rajasthan had surfaced triggering outrage. The police arrested the accused in the matter and sent him to jail, according to the reports.
