Mafias make another extortion demand from trader in Kairana

Shamli: Mafia dons operating in the area have once again made an extortion demand to a cement dealer in Kairana of Shamli district in Uttar Pradesh. He has demanded Rs one lakh from him.

“Three armed miscreants came to my shop on a bike and threatened me to give them rs one lakh in three days,” Arif, the cement trader said.

It may be mentioned that Kairana came into light with the exodus of families due to extortion threat and the issue was raised by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Member of Parliament Hukum Singh. Singh had twice released the list of families who fled to other places from Kairana.
