13 year old domestic help stripped and beaten with hammer and iron rod in Gurugram

In a shocking case, a domestic help was first beaten and later even had her bitten by a dog in Gurugram allegedly by her employers.

The police registered a case against the accused and started their investigation. The 13-year-old girl, who was working at a house in Sector 57 of Gurugram's Cubber City, was allegedly beaten, bitten by a dog and forced to take off her clothes, police said.

The girl's mother told the police that the two sons of the woman who had kept the 13-year-old minor as a maid in the house in Gurugram, stripped her, beat her with a hammer and an iron rod and put tape on her mouth. Very little was given even to eat.

Police said that according to the complaint lodged by the girl's mother, the lady of the house where the girl worked would often beat her with an iron rod and a hammer, while her two sons would remove her clothes and make nude videos of her.

The two sons of woman allegedly made a nude video of the girl and threatened the minor that they would send her to a brothel if she did not obey them.

The girl, who was kept hostage in a room with her mouth tied, was freed on Sunday when her mother reached there with her employer. Police said that in her complaint, the mother said that her daughter was given food only once in 48 hours and a tape was put on her mouth so that she could not make any noise.

In the FIR lodged at Sector 51 Mahila police station, it has been said that the girl's owners used to pour acid on her hands and threatened to kill her if she told anyone about the incident. The girl's mother, a resident of Bihar, said that she had got her daughter a job on June 27 at Shashi Sharma's house in Sector 57 with the help of a person who cleans vehicles in the nearby area.

Police said that a case has been registered against the three accused under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act and Juvenile Justice Act.
