Youth beheads sister, walks with severed head to police station

In a shocking incident, a youth beheaded his sister in Uttar Pradesh’s Barabanki district allegedly over her love affair and then walked to the police station carrying the severed head.

According to the police sources, the youth, identified as Riyaz, a resident of Mithwara village in the district, was however nabbed by the cops before he could reach the police station.

Sources said that Riyaz and his sister had heated arguments on Friday over the latter’s alleged love affair with one Chand Babu, also the resident of the same village.

Enraged over his sister’s refusal to sever all relations with Chand Babu, Riyaz beheaded her with a sharp edged weapon and then walked toward the police station carrying the severed head.

A team of police was rushed to the village on getting the information and it came across Riyaz on the way. He was arrested and sent to jail.
