Woman patient raped by doctors in Ghaziabad

In a shocking incident, two doctors allegedly raped a woman, who had approached them for treatment, in their clinic in Ghaziabad.

Although the incident had happened a few days back, it came to light on Tuesday when the victim lodged a complaint with the police. One of the accused has been arrested but the other one was absconding, the police said.

According to the police sources, the woman, who was a resident of Rohini in Delhi, had been ill for the past several months, went to the clinic of Dr Sakib in Ghaziabad for treatment.

It was alleged that the doctor injected some sedative into her body and then he and a colleague of his raped her when she became unconscious.

The victim realised that she had been raped after waking up and finding herself naked. The doctors told her to keep mum else they would upload the video of the alleged gangrape on social media.

The victim told the cops that the doctor had revealed to her that he had raped several other women also.
