Two minors gang raped in Jaipur

Two minors were allegedly gang-raped repeatedly at a hotel in Jaipur after being held hostage there for several days.

According to the police sources, a 14-year-old girl, who was a resident of Bhiwadi, had fled her home after having a quarrel with her parents and had come to Jaipur with her sister.

The duo were staying at a hotel where they came into contact with a youth, identified as Monu. The minor’s sister later left the hotel alone telling the former that Monu would take care of her, police sources said.

Monu, however, held the minor hostage in the hotel room after her sister left and allegedly raped her. The minor said in her complaint lodged with the police that two friends of Monu had also raped her repeatedly at a hotel in Jaipur later.

Monu, according to the police sources, kidnapped another minor a few days back and brought her to the same hotel, and held her hostage with the other victim.

The two minors were repeatedly raped by the accused and his friends for several days.
A police team, after getting information about the kidnapping of the minor, raided the hotel room and recovered the minors.

Police said that cases have been lodged against Monu and his friends in this regard. While Monu was nabbed from the hotel room his friends have been absconding. Police said that a hunt was launched to nab them.

The victims were sent for medical examination. Police officials said that they would be sent back to their homes after completing the formalities with regard to medical examination and the complaints.
