Man shot dead in Haryana, body dumped in bushes

A man was shot dead at Kilajafargarh in Jind district of Haryana. The body of the deceased, identified as Krishna, was dumped in the bushes.

Police sources said on Thursday that the man had gone missing since last night. A missing person report was lodged with the police.

The body was found lying in the bushes near a private school during a search operation launched by the family.

A police team reached the spot on getting the information with the forensics experts. Police said that the body was sent for postmortem examination.

Police said that the mand had been shot five six times and had died on the spot.

An investigation was being conducted into the matter. Police said that the killer would be nabbed soon.
