Man dies by suicide after killing wife, three kids

In a shocking incident, a man died by suicide after killing his wife and three kids in Uttar Pradesh’s Jaunpur district.

According to the police sources, the man, identified as Nagesh Vishwakarma, a resident of Jairampur village in the district, hanged himself with a rope by the ceiling fan in his room before killing his wife Radhika and three kidsNikita, Adarsh and Ayushi aged 12, seven and three years respectively.

Police said that the incident came to light after Nagesh’s cousin Sonu informed the cops about it. The police recovered the bodies after they broke open the doors of the house.

‘’The motive behind the killing is yet to be ascertained…..it could be domestic feud…we are investigating the incident,’’ said a senior police official in Jaunpur.

Sonu and other residents of the village also said that they never saw any kind of fighting between the couple.

The bodies have been sent for post-mortem examination.
