The police later apprehended the three boys and they were sent to the juvenile reform home. An FIR was registered in this connection by the elder sister of the victim.
The elder sister said in the complaint that when she returned home, she found the door locked from inside and when she looked inside from the window, she saw the three boys sexually assaulting her sister.
The police said that the victim had been sent for medical examination. The family members of the accused said that the boys were innocent and they had been falsely implicated.
