Gurugram Police has called Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav for questioning in the case of assault on a YouTuber. The police has sent a notice to Elvish Yadav, stating that he will have to come to the Sector 53 police station for questioning on Tuesday. Let us tell you that a video is going viral on social media, in which Elvish Yadav is seen beating YouTuber Sagar Thakur. The name of YouTuber Sagar Thakur's channel is "moniker Maxtern".

Giving information about this incident on Thursday, Sagar Thakur, who was injured, had filed a case against Elvish Yadav, in which he has accused Elvish of trying to break his spinal cord. Meanwhile, on Saturday, Elvish Yadav said that he has been setup. In an Instagram video, Elvish has reportedly said that the YouTuber had threatened to burn him and his parents alive.

In the viral video, Elvish Yadav was seen beating Sagar Thakur at a clothing shop, which was the result of a social media clash between the two YouTubers. Sagar Thakur, who primarily creates gaming-related content, claimed that Elvish Yadav's fan pages were "spreading hatred against him", which upset him and he threatened to kill Elvish Yadav. .

Elvish has told that on the day of the incident, he had called Sagar to his house but he had leaked the screenshots of the chat to provoke Elvish. Elvish said in her video, "Maxtern has said some things about my family and threatened to burn me and my family alive. I used abusive words towards him and said that wherever he says, I will I will come there and meet him." After this both of them met at Maxtern's friend's clothes shop.

Elvish Yadav said that he was framed and hidden cameras were installed everywhere. He also admitted that he had threatened to kill Sagar Thakur but he had said all that in anger. He justified his action by saying that he had become angry due to comments against his family.

It is worth noting that this is not the first time that Elvish Yadav has come into the limelight for some reason. Even before this, he had been in legal trouble regarding the snake venom-rave party case. He is accused of being involved in the supply and use of snake venom.
