Raj Kundra Pornography Case: 1 Casting Director & 3 More Persons Arrested From Versova, Mumbai

New Delhi: Mumbai Police Crime Branch on Tuesday conducted a major raid in the pornography case related to actress Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra. Police arrested 4 people from Versova and Borivali areas of Mumbai, including a casting director from Raj Kundra's company.

4 people arrested in Pornography Case:

Raj Kundra got bail in this case on September 20. In this case, the Crime Branch of Mumbai Police had filed a 1500-page chartsheet against Raj Kundra and his aide Ryan Thorpe before the court and alleged that both of them are the main kingpins of this pornography racket.

Raj Kundra was arrested by the Crime Branch of Mumbai Police late on 19th July in the pornographic film racket case. Earlier, he was questioned for hours. Raj's IT colleague Ryan Thorpe was also arrested the next day i.e. on July 20.

After the arrest of Raj, some WhatsApp chats had surfaced, which revealed that Raj has earned a good amount from the business of making porn movies. According to the police, Raj used to earn about 8 lakhs every day from these films.

Raj Kundra Pornography Case:

Recently, there was news that Raj Kundra has transferred 5 flats in the name of his wife and actress Shilpa Shetty. According to reports, Raj Kundra has transferred the entire first floor of his bungalow 'Kinara' in Mumbai in the name of wife Shilpa Shetty Kundra, which has 5 flats. The value of this property is being said to be 38.5 crores. His bungalow is built about 300 meters away from the beach. Let us tell you that the real name of Raj Kundra is Ripu Sudan Kundra. At present, Shilpa and Raj Kundra live in this bungalow.

In the case related to Raj, Shilpa had said in her statement that "Umesh Kamat used to work in the Vian industry. He was arrested in February 2021. When I asked Raj about this, he told that Umesh Kamat and Gehana Vashist had independently made and sold pornographic videos. Shilpa said that she does not know anything about Bolifem OTT. Apart from this, he came to know today that porn videos made for Hotshot from Viaan Company are sent to Canrin Company of Pradeep Bakshi.
