Gautam Adani and Preeti Adani receive warm welcome at Anant Ambani's pre-wedding ceremony

Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani and his wife Preeti Adani, who reached Jamnagar to attend the pre-wedding ceremony of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, were warmly welcomed by the Ambani family. People from all over the world are coming to this program.

To attend the ceremony, eminent personalities from various fields from India and abroad including Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg have reached Jamnagar city of Gujarat. Famous Bollywood actors, cricketers, sports and business leaders and heads of state are among the celebrities attending the three-day grand 'pre-wedding' programme.

While Anant Ambani is the younger son of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) Mukesh Ambani, Radhika Merchant is the younger daughter of Encore Healthcare Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Viren Merchant. Anant Ambani serves as a director on the boards of RIL and Jio Platforms Limited, apart from some other group companies. The grand 'pre-wedding' ceremony, which began on Friday, is being organized in a residential township located near RIL's petroleum refinery near Jamnagar city. Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant got engaged in January 2023.

Sources with knowledge of the matter said that although many top celebrities and business tycoons have already reached Jamnagar, some are expected to arrive here in the coming days. Those who have already arrived for the event include Zuckerberg, former US President Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka, badminton champion Saina Nehwal, cricketers Rashid Khan and Suryakumar Yadav, former cricketer Zaheer Khan and Bollywood actors Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor and Ajay Devgn. Apart from this, Microsoft founder Bill Gates is already in Gujarat and is expected to reach Jamnagar by Friday evening.

Qatar's Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Bhutan's King and Queen, Bolivia's former President Jorge Quiroga, Australia's former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, Canada's former Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Sweden's former Prime Minister Carl Bildt also attended the grand ceremony. Some of the top business leaders included in the 'guest list' include Saudi Aramco Chairman Yasser Al Rumayyan, BlackRock Chairman and CEO Larry Fink, Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayan, Meta COO Xavier Olivan, World Economic Forum Chairman Klaus Schwab and HSBC Group Chairman Name is Mark Tucker.

Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai, The Walt Disney CEO Bob Iger and Bank of America Chairman Brian Thomas Moynihan are also part of the long list of guests. Apart from Gautam Adani, those from India who have been invited for this program include Nandan Nilekani, Sanjeev Goenka, Rishad Premji, Uday Kotak and Adar Poonawala, famous film personalities - Amitabh Bachchan, Rajnikanth, Aamir Khan, Karan Johar, Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, MS Dhoni, Rohit Sharma and spiritual leader Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, among others.
