Global markets signals are mixed for Indian markets on the first day of the trading week. On Friday, American markets again made a new record high. There will not be much signal from Asian markets today because China's markets are closed for the entire week, markets of Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Korea will also not open today.

After trading strongly last week, crude oil prices softened on Monday. America's 10-year bond yield has increased slightly to 4.18%. FPIs, DIIs.

On Friday, foreign portfolio investors purchased shares worth Rs 141.95 crore while domestic investors have sold Rs 421.87 crore for the second consecutive day.

There was good trading in the American markets on Friday, although Dow Jones fell by 55 points, Dow traded in the range of 180 points. But due to the tremendous rise in tech shares and semiconductor shares, Nasdaq has come very close to the level of 16,000, although it had come out above 16,000 in intraday, but the closing was below this level. On Friday, Nasdaq saw a big rise of 197 points (+1.25%).

Crude oil has strengthened by more than 6% last week. This rise in crude oil is due to increasing tension in the Middle East. There is no remote possibility of any agreement being reached between Hamas and Israel regarding ceasefire, due to supply problems, crude oil has strengthened last week. Currently, Brent crude is trading at $ 81.80 per barrel and WTI crude is trading at $ 76.40 per barrel. Gold, which was trading with gains for the last three weeks, slipped last week. Due to the strength of the dollar index, there is pressure on gold and silver prices. Gold has come to $2036 per ounce in the international market, silver is also trading at $22.730 per ounce.

One 97 Communication: The company has constituted a group of advisory committees to work with the company's board to strengthen compliance and regulatory matters.

Vedanta: The company has completed the repayment of its bondholders on February 7 as agreed at the beginning of the year. In which the maturity period of $3.2 billion in bonds was successfully extended to 2029.

Adani Power: The company has clarified that it has given a resolution plan for the acquisition of Lanco Amarkantak Power, but till now no information has been received from the resolution professional.

Power Grid Corp.: The company acquired Bidar Transmission (Power Transmission Company) for Rs 18.88 crore.

Navin Fluorine: Indian Life Insurance has increased its stake in the company from earlier 5.03% to 7.07%.
