Diesel Prices cut in many cities on Tuesday; Check Rates here....

New Delhi: The people of the country are facing relief from inflation. If there is no change in the prices of petrol on Tuesday, then the prices of diesel have decreased once again. Diesel prices have been cut by 8 paise per liter.

Price Cut of Diesel:

Government oil companies Indian Oil (IOC), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (HPCL) has again cut the price of diesel on Tuesday, but has not made any change in the prices of petrol.

Petrol price was last reduced by 7 to 8 paise per liter on 22 September. If we talk about August last month, then there was a steady increase in the price of petrol. Whereas in the month of July, the price of diesel increased wildly.

Check Price in Your City:

Petrol in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai has been increased to Rs 81.06, Rs 87.74, Rs 82.59 and Rs 82.59 per liter respectively. While the price of diesel in these cities is Rs 70.63, Rs 77.04, Rs 74.15 and Rs 76.10 per liter respectively.

Rs 81.48 in Lucknow:

Petrol is priced at Rs 81.58 in Noida, Rs 81.48 in Lucknow, Rs 73.73 in Patna and Rs 77.99 per liter in Chandigarh. While diesel has been increased to Rs 71.14 per liter in Noida, Rs 71.05 in Lucknow, Rs 76.24 in Patna and diesel 70.33 per liter in Chandigarh.

The second fortnight of August saw a steady increase in petrol prices. In the capital Delhi itself, the price of petrol has increased by about 1 rupee 65 paise in about 16 times, but it has also decreased for some time. By September 21, it has been reduced by about Rs 1.02 per liter.
