Resignation of three board members of Byju's along with the auditor

Three members of the edtech company Byju’s have resigned from their posts due to dispute with the owner of the company Byju Raveendran.

Deloy, the auditor of the Byju’s, who had three years of service left, has also resigned. It is a big shock for India’s one of the most valuable startups.

According to the reports, GV Ravi Shankar of Sequoia Capital (now Peak XV Partners), Vivian Wu of Chan Zuckerberg and Russell Dressenstock of Prosus have resigned.

Now only Baju Ravindran, Riju Ravindran and Divya Gokulnath are left in the board. However, their resignation have not yet been accepted.

Deloy said that Byju's did not release the results of the last financial year. After writing a letter to Ravindran Byju, the audit did not happen. That's why she has resigned.
