BMW launches X5 SuV facelift in Rs 93.9 lakh

BMW launched the X5 SUV facelift version in the Indian market on Friday.
The company has claimed that this car can achieve a maximum speed of 100 KMPH in just 5.4 seconds. The top speed of the car is 243 KMPH.
The car was offered in two engine options and four variants.
The starting price of the cars is Rs 93.9 lakh to Rs1.06 crore.
This model will be manufactured at Chennai's BMW group plant.
There are four variants of this model:
- BMW X5 xDrivr 40i xline comes with the price of Rs 93.90 lakh.
- BMW X5 xdrive 40i M sport is priced at Rs1.05 crore.
- BMW X5 xdrive 30d xline comes with the price of Rs 95.90 lakh.
- BMW X5 xdrive 30d M sport comes with the price of Rs1.07 crore were introduced.
According to some reports, this model will compete with Mercedes Benz GLE, Audi Q5, Volvo XC90, Jaguar F-pace, Land Rover discovery and Lexus RX.
The company also unveiled BMW X5 and X6 this year in the global market.
The model will be available in seven different colours like scraper grey metallic, black sapphire metallic, mineral white metallic, M carbon black metallic, M Brooklyn grey metallic, BMW individual dravit drame metallic and BMW individual tenzigned blue metallic.
The car has two engine options. The car is powered by a 3.0-litre, 6-cylinder turbo-petrol engine that produces 375bhp at 6,250rpm and 520Nm of torque at 5,000rpm.
The one is powered by a 3.0-litre, 6-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine that produces 286bhp at 4,000rpm and 650Nm of torque at 2,500rpm.
