People loot under construction road in Jehanabad district of Bihar!

One may have heard about people looting goods, vegetables, liquor but in Bihar people alleged looted an under construction road.

According to the media reports, the villagers looted the road in Jehanabad. The video of villagers looting the road is becoming increasingly viral on social media.

There was a competition to loot the road in Jehanabad which is meant for walking. It is visible in the video that construction of a new road is going on. Along with this construction, some people are seen carrying its material.

The material made by mixing cement ballast and sand was poured for the construction of cement concrete road, which people did not delay in lifting.

The incident took place in Audan Bigha village of Makhdoompur block.

Reports said that a road was being constructed in the village under the Mukhyamantri Sadak Gram Yojana. However, considering the looting at the spot, it is difficult to say whether this work will be completed or not. Every road built in the village was looted.

The villagers said that a three kilometer long road is to be constructed. Only three months ago, RJD MLA Satish Kumar Das had inaugurated the construction of this road. Even before this, construction had started on the initiative of the MLA, but could not be completed. It is said that whenever construction starts, some local people loot the material and clean the road.

In this situation, what about those people who are waiting for the road to be built? Is it not the failure of the politicians and contractors that they are not able to get even a single road constructed?

People took away concrete laid on the road. It is seen in the video that many people are carrying away the concrete laid for the road and some people are standing and watching the show. However, no official is ready to say anything on this video.
