New York: The oldest living woman Muscat Jones is no more. She died at the age of 116, a few months before her 117th birth day in Brooklyn in New York . The end came after ten days of illness.
Born in a small town in Montgomery in 1899,she was living in Brooklyn for the last three decades. She had ten brothers and sisters and studied in a black school. She liked fresh vegetables and fruits. Her name has already appeared in the Guinness book of world records. However, she was not the oldest living creature. A man had died at the age of 117 last year.
