All hostages in Jacksonville bank freed by suspected robber

New York: As many as 11 people were held hostage at a bank in Jacksonville, Florida, after a failed bank robbery, reports US media. The robber, however, surrendered to police and freed all hostages.

SWAT team members were rushed to the spot soon after the incident was reported.

Hostages were held inside the Community First Credit Union on Edgewood Avenue West.

Police took the custody of a robber after safely releasing the people from inside the bank.
