Yemen: At least 60 people were killed at a military recruitment camp in southern Yemen city of Aden, by a suicide car bombing. The Islamic State (ISIS) took the responsibility for the attack.

The terror group's self-styled news agency Amaq, released a statement soon after the attack claiming the responsibility.

The attack came amid initiatives from Yemen to end the 17-month-old war between the Saudi backed government and rebels.

The Saudi-led coalition had been carrying out air strikes in Yemen since March 2015 in support of the internationally recognised government of President Abedrabbo Mansour Hadi.

The government and rebels, however, had responded positively to a new Gulf-backed initiative to end the conflict.

The rebels had said they were prepared to restart negotiations, provided the Saudi-led coalition stopped attacking and laying siege to territories held by them.
