Two explosions took place near Agra Cantt Railway Station, no casualties

Agra: Panic gripped the Taj city on Saturday after two low intensity explosions took place, one in a garbage dumping tractor and other on the terrace of a house near Agra Cantt. Railway Station.

No casualties have been reported. The Bomb Disposal Squad has reached the spot along with the senior police officers.

It may be mentioned that Agra has been on high alert following a threat of terror attack from Islamic State (IS) at one of the seven wonders, Taj Mahal

Also, a note threatening terror attacks was found near Bhandai railway station, 20 kms away from the cantt station, by police after a major mishap was averted when the alert train driver of Andaman Express from Chennai to Jammu saw a huge boulder on the tracks last evening.
