Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh government on Monday transferred the District Magistrate and Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) of Mathura.
The information was shared by the official twitter handle of Chief Minister Uttar Pradesh.
The action was taken three days after Mathura witnessed a pitched battle between police and encroachers killing 27 people including two policemen.
