BJP legislator Sangeet Som hospitalised due to swine flu

Meerut: Firebrand Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Sangeet Som was on Saturday confirmed to be infected with swine flu. He has been admitted to Yashoda Hospital in Ghaziabad.

It may be mentioned that the disease is spreading across the state rapidly and Meerut itself has registered 25 cases of swine flu so far.

BJP legislator from Sardhana constituency was confirmed to be infected with swine flu by CMO Dr Rajkumar. He further said that earlier also the politician was admitted to the hospital with complaints of cough, cold and fever.

The doctor said that now the condition of the BJP leader was under control. It may be mentioned that a woman from Karnal region of the district lost her life due to swine flu.
