A wonderful confluence of modern and Treta Yuga Ayodhya, praised by the Sant community

Ayodhya, November 25: The historic hoisting of the Dharma Dhwaj atop Shri Ram Mandir has infused Ayodhya with unparalleled devotion. Devotees thronged the city’s major streets, including Dharmapath, raising chants of “Jai Shri Ram” that echoed through the air.

Thousands gathered at Lata Mangeshkar Chowk to witness the Dhwajarohan live on screen. When Prime Minister Narendra Modi hoisted the Dharma Dhwaj atop the Ram Mandir, the entire crowd erupted in overwhelming joy, chanting “Jai Shri Ram” in unison.

Devotees streamed in not only from Ayodhya but also from neighbouring districts such as Sultanpur, Basti, Ambedkar Nagar, and Barabanki, as well as from across North India, making the moment a truly pan-regional celebration of faith.

Rajendra Prasad Pandey, who came from Shravasti, said that he reached Ayodhya on November 17th and feels proud today. He said that PM Modi and CM Yogi had restored Ayodhya's glory and made the city healthy and beautiful.

Vishwanath Jaiswal, also from Shravasti, said that the construction of the Ram Mandir was historic. PM Modi and CM Yogi had accomplished what no one had been able to do before.

A Ram devotee from Gopalganj, Bihar, dressed as Hanuman, filled the atmosphere with devotion through his dancing and singing.

Madhu, Dharana, Santosh, and Pooja, women devotees from Delhi, said that upon reaching the Ram Mandir complex, they felt like they were in heaven. Sant Ramakant Sharma, who has been visiting Ayodhya for the past 25 years, said that Ayodhya has both modernized and regained its Treta Yuga glory. Amid the melodious sounds of drums and cymbals, the group of sant transformed the event into a divine cultural festival.

This event was not merely a religious ritual, but emerged as a living symbol of the confluence of faith, history, and modernity, in which Ayodhya re-established its spiritual prestige before the world.
